CAMP QUEST 2009 WILL START JUNE 8th, 2009

 

Camp Quest is a summer day camp program in Spring Grove for Ages 5 – 12.  Camp is held at the Spring Grove Elementary School for the first 8 weeks and at the Spring Grove Community Center for the last 3 weeks of camp.  Campers must have finished Kindergarten.

bullet11 Weeks- Limited to 50 Campers per week

*A trained staff will bring knowledge, experience, and tons of fun to each and every week to the program.

*Times of camp will be from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily.  Pre-camp care will be available from 6:15 to 9am and after-camp care  from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, children will have the option to get transportation back to the Spring Grove Area Community Center for after-camp care.  Pre-camp and post-camp care will be an additional cost.

bulletA non-refundable $25.00 registration fee per week  is due at the time of registration. This fee is applied to the cost of each week of camp.

Week 3 June 23rd-June 27th            "It's Up In The Sky"-Planetarium

Week 4 June 30th - July 3rd             "Under the Sea"-Baltimore Aquarium (No camp July 4th)

Week 5 July 7th-July 11th                 "Nature at its Best"-Codorus State Park

Week 6 July 14th- July 18th              "Believe in Make Believe"-Outdoor Theatre

Week 7 July 21st-July 25th                "The World of The Dinosaurs"- Discovery Station

Week 8 July 28th - August 1               "Pirates and Princesses"-Renaissance Faire

Week 9 August 4th- August 8              "Career Week"-When I Grow Up-SG Fire Company

Week 10 August 11th-August 15th       "Fun in the Kitchen" - Food Tours

*Most Fridays will be slated for the weekly Field Trip day.

*Activities will include:  arts & crafts, swimming, playground time, field sports, games, themed weeks, drama, skits, field trips, and much, much more.
